I for one and looking to increase the amount of fruit and vegetables I eat on a day to day basis. Right now I only eat them a few times a week which is not enough. I should be eating them daily. Ella Posted December 31, 2021 Share Posted December 31, 2021 I am still working on my weight loss goals. I guess my "for now" goal is to be 40 pounds lighter by July. So I will have to lose about 6 pounds a month. I did lose some weight already but I want to reach my goal in 2022. Also want to be more active in general and I am going to start that in January. Spiritually speaking. I want to read the Bible throughout the year. I have never read it from cover to cover and since my husband got me a new one for Christmas, I am going to push to do it. I usually don't start until after New Year Day and since it is on a weekend, I will be starting Monday if I end up setting up New year's goals for myself in terms of fitness and health. I have not started out well though. I already had fast food! I think I will focus on eating healthy Monday-Friday and let myself have some enjoyments at the weekends so I can actually stick to something.
